To get help in case of a toothache or trauma, please book a first aid appointment over the phone 612 1200.

The clinic provides first aid to patients on all working days. We start booking appointments on working days from 7.45 o’clock.

During a first aid appointment, the dentist only performs essential and urgent treatment procedures to alleviate the patient’s pain and inflammation. The dentist always sees the patient at the earliest opportunity. We ask for your understanding if the waiting time increases.

If there is no toothache, make an appointment for a scheduled visit with the dentist.

The maximum permitted lengths of the waiting list for scheduled dental care for insured persons approved by the decision of the supervisory board of the Health Insurance Fund are:

  • one week for chronic pulpitis;
  • two months for simple dental caries and chronic periodontitis;
  • nine months for orthodontic services.

Weekends and public holidays

We provide first aid only in case of toothache and trauma. Dentists perform essential and urgent treatment procedures to relieve the patient’s pain and inflammation.

To get help, please book an appointment.

We start booking appointments at 9.00 o’clock. Dentist’s appointments are on Saturdays from 9.00 to 15.00 and on Sundays from 9.00 to 14.00.

The dentist sees patients who have registered. The dentist has the right to take breaks during the working day. The dentist always sees the patient at the earliest opportunity. We ask for your understanding if the waiting time increases.

When coming to the appointment, please bring an identity document with a photo.

Payment

The provision of dental first aid is for a fee. Patients are required to pay an advance payment of 50 euros at the customer service before the appointment. The final invoice is drawn up after the dentist’s appointment based on the health services provided to the patient and the amount paid in advance is offset. If the amount of the final invoice is less than 50 euros, the overpaid amount is refunded to the patient.

The Health Insurance Fund pays for the dental care of insured persons under the age of 19. The Health Insurance Fund pays for an adult patient only in case of emergency care. The dentist decides on the need for emergency care during the examination of the patient.
