Dental Laboratory
Your most reliable partner in prosthetic manufacturing
The laboratory of Tallinn Dental Clinic began operating in 1944.
The laboratory employs competent specialists with extensive work experience who are well-versed in the latest trends in rapidly advancing dental technology. Our goal is to provide high-quality and efficient dental laboratory services at competitive prices to dental clinics and dentists.
We accept orders over the phone +372 53 094 050 on working days from 8.00 to 16.00.
Our modern dental laboratory makes different types of prostheses to order:
- 3D-printed models and aligners
- all-ceramic crowns and veneers
- Metal-ceramic crowns and bridges
- zirconia crowns and bridgework
- Implant-supported crowns and bridges
- Implant-supported dentures
- inlay and onlay
- combined dentures
- complete and partial dentures
- bugel dentures
- thermoplastic dentures
- orthodontic treatment devices
- Aligners: bite aligners, anti-snoring aligners, whitening trays, sports mouthguards, surgical guides for implant placement, etc.
It is possible to order express services.
We also offer a prosthesis repair service. A rush fee is applied to rush repairs.
We use high-quality materials in our work.
- We make removable dentures from Meliodent and Villacryl acrylic materials; Vitapan, Acry Lux and Basic are used for teeth. We can install glass fibre reinforcement fibres inside the dentures to provide strength to the dentures and ensure greater resistance to chewing forces.
- For the fabrication of metal-ceramic prosthetics, we cast the crown frame from cobalt-chromium alloy, which is then covered with ceramic. We use high-quality nickel- and beryllium-free metal alloy Starloy C.
- When manufacturing fixed dentures, we use the recognised ceramic materials Vita VM 13, Vita VM 9, Duceram Kiss, GC Initial and the light-curing composite material Gradia Plus.
- We cast metal frameworks for clasp dentures from Bego Wironit extrahart metal alloy
Transport
We arrange the transport of ordered work within Tallinn by the clinic and across Estonia via Cargobus and Omniva parcel machines.
We accept digital impressions taken with intraoral scanners.
The laboratory uses 3Shape software for modeling.
When sending a digital work file, please ensure that the bite registration has been correctly determined.
Please send the files to the dental laboratory's email address: labor@hambapol.ee.
We accept orders on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Order completion deadlines
When scheduling patient appointments and sending work to the dental laboratory, please consider our minimum manufacturing deadlines.
If the ordering dentist works in multiple clinics, it is crucial to specify the clinic to which the completed order should be sent.
