Dental laboratory
We offer high-quality laboratory services for dentists. Our service is available to all dentists across Estonia.
We employ experienced dental technicians who are familiar with the latest trends in rapidly developing dental technology and are constantly training and improving themselves.
We accept orders over the phone +372 53 094 050 on working days from 8.00 to 16.00.
Our modern dental laboratory makes different types of prostheses to order:
- Metal-ceramic crowns and bridgework
- Zirconia crowns and bridgework
- Crowns and bridgework attached to implants and dental plates attached to implants
- Inlay and onlay
- Combined dentures
- Complete and partial dentures
- Bugel dentures
- Orthodontic treatment devices
- Aligners: dental aligners, snoring cabinets, whitening aligners, sports aligners, orientation aligners for installing implants, etc.
Rush jobs are available to order.
We also offer a prosthesis repair service. A rush fee is applied to rush repairs.
We use high-quality materials in our work.
- We make removable dentures from Meliodent and Villacryl acrylic materials; Vitapan, Acry Lux and Basic are used for teeth. We can install glass fibre reinforcement fibres inside the dentures to provide strength to the dentures and ensure greater resistance to chewing forces.
- In the case of metal-ceramic dentures, we cast the base of the crown from cobalt-chromium alloy or gold alloy, which we cover with ceramics. We use Duceralloy, a high-quality nickle and beryllium-free metal alloy.
- When manufacturing fixed dentures, we use the recognised ceramic materials Vita VM 13, Vita VM 9, Duceram Kiss and the light-curing composite material Gradia.
- The laboratory has a licence to use the metal alloy Vitallium®. Austenal only grants the right of use to laboratories that have passed the guaranteed quality control.
We organise the transport of ordered works within Tallinn by the clinic and across Estonia via Cargobus and Omniva parcel machines.
We accept orders on working days from 8.00 to 16.00.
